Ordered 3 Super Donairs found the meat tasted odd and very dry. Pizza was a hot mess. Crust was soggy from the sauce. Very disappointing

I have been ordering here since they almost opened. Was our first meal when we bought our place. Has always been the same and the service top notch. Even when I always ask for anchovies and they don’t have them (hint hint). To all the people that leave a bad review the feedback is always needed keep it professional. They are a small town business and have remained here for a long time. To those who feel they have the entitlement to be disrespectful and ignorant I applauded the ownership for telling you to go somewhere else. More businesses need to take this stance against the people who hide behind a key board and slam good hard working people even when they make a mistake. This will always be my go to pizza place. I want to pay for food that is prepared well uses great ingredient’s and good service. For that I expect to pay more than a crappy chain restaurant.

Dare I say best Calzone in StonyPlain/Spruce grove area? I think so. From size, to the right amount of meats, sauce and cheese, I’d pick it over and over again. The sauce wasn’t spicy, the meat was loaded!

Purchased a large all meat pizza and lasagna....way too spicy. Couldn't finish 1 piece of pizza. Tried to lasagna thinking that it would be different. No, just as spicy. I'm not supposed to eat peppers as I get contact dermatitis which happened, BTW.

When moved to Stony in 2019 this place was hands down my favorite donair spot in all of parkland county. In the past few years I have noticed things haven't been the same. Fries have changed and donairs aren't as good as they used to be. I was happy when they finally got sweet sauce, but it frankly does not match competitor's flavor and overall mouthfeel of the donair as a whole. Meat is quite mildly spiced and barely warm, and their initial choice of French fries was superior to what they have now in my opinion. It eats like a cold sandwich and not a hot cooked meat wrap as it should be. Their Pizza was never my favorite as their decision to use chunky diced vegetables means they don't cook in the oven like sliced veg do and are basically completely raw, but I always raved to everyone about their donair. This is no longer the case and after yet another unsatisfying pickup I'm not sure I'll order again. If you're a potential customer reading these reviews, please also read the responses the owners put out because their obviously arrogant attitude is not going to do them any good if they want to continue to be able to claim longevity of their establishment. To see responses where the owners are unable to scrap together an ounce of humility in the public service industry is abhorrent.

Very disappointed! The website shows a deal of 2 pizzas for the price of one. Each pizza was shown at around $23. So I ordered two pizzas while under the impression that I would be paying $23 and receiving two pizzas. Unfortunately my bill came to around $45. The staff there argued with me and said that that was the new pricing and that it was still two pizzas for one. so one large pizza is $45? This is a very shady business tactic I will never go there again.

This is our favorite place for pizza, the food is excellent the service is excellent and the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for a place to get pizza or donaires and you live is Spruce Grove or Stony Plain this is the place to go.

Used to be my go to pizza place, not anymore. Ordered beef, mushroom and pineapple & the pizza was too spicy. I only ate 1 piece & that was with drinking lots of water. I was really disappointed. I have bought MANY pizza's over numerous years & I NEVER once needed to question whether I needed to ask for less sauce on my pizza. Goes to show that all you are interested in is making my review look bad, instead of taking constructive criticism from what used to be a loyal customer.

First time at this place and you tell the ow er and staff care about what they preparing. Pizza was excellent and the staff friendly plus went the extra step to make sure our pizza was the way we like it. Definitely our new pizza joint!

Customer service more disgusting than the awful pizza I paid $55 for. I've been getting this pizza since I was a little kid, and whenever I used to, I'd order pepperoni and bacon. It's usually delicious! But this last time I ordered I got pure mush, the crust was doughy and undercooked, and bacon was a big pile of soggy fat, and the cheese on top was just a wet blanket on top of everything else. Called the owner to ask for a refund, and he had the gall the say "this is the way we've been making our pizzas for 15 years, there's nothing I can do". I can't believe someone would be proud of the crap they gave me. That's just so sad. Never ordering again. They just lost a very loyal customer. And they don't even care! Telling my entire family and everyone I know to never trust them again. I'm going to try and dispute the charge on my credit card as soon as I can because what they gave me was raw, not even edible. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if I got sick. It was almost slimy. At least when I've been disappointed at other pizza joints they were nice, apologized, and offered me a refund. These people are snooty and snobby terrible people. Not friendly or apologetic at all. NEVER AGAIN!
