I think its better to put on your website if the food is spicy or not,, i ordered fish and chips for my son and the fish is way too spicy for the adult to eat let alone for the kids, we ordered mild buffalo chicken sandwich and my son said its way to spicy and not mild as we used to order at the restaurant , i anticipated that the hungry carnivore is spicy so i put a special Instruction of not spicy please, at the end of the day we cant finish our food coz everything is way to spicy to eat 🥵

Went for lunch after checking out a market nearby. Saw the low ratings but thought we would give them a try. Great service, caring employees and a great manager. Shared our experience with her before we left and just wanted her to know that they are going in the right direction. Definitely not 3.8 stars. The food has changed to the better, pizza was loaded with more toppings , the got my vote . But since it was my 7 yr olds birthday thry daud free dessert but charged fir the worms and dirt .only thing I didn't like .
Ordered 2 large pizzas and the large pepperoni pizza was terrible. All the pepperoni were burnt. Only a quarter was eaten. Very disappointed.

We had a delightful experience with our waitress, Kirsten. She was on the ball, attentive and fun. The food was quite good as well. I don’t know how they put up with some of their customers though! The things we could see and overhear - I wouldn’t want that job! Kudos!

Came to Boston pizza. Was asked to put on my uniform or leave as my crop top wasn’t acceptable for dinner after I had already been there a half hour. During this time we got a drink that didn’t come for a really long time and appetizers. Then we ordered our food. The manager seen me and came up to me gave me my options to put on my uniform to cover up or leave, so I had to leave with my family. I left right away and had no problem leaving peacefully. We went to pay for the drinks we didn’t finish and for the appetizers we didn’t get to enjoy but then she refused to take our money as my husband and my above age 3 children all waited with him and manager caused a scene when we wouldn’t wait by the door for the food ordered that we didn’t receive and demanded we pay for that as well and wait for it to be ready. We made it clear that wasn’t going to happen and they proceeded to talk down to me and fight us on forcing us to pay for the food we did not receive. We absolutely did not. It got to a point where my husband and kids had to walk out. They recorded the whole situation from the counter onwards. She was on a power trip about being a manager and very unprofessional. Not once did she offer us to go to the bar side if my top made her uncomfortable or to move us which I’m not even mad about. In the moment she could have been working on the fly. This manager got too emotionally involved when she didn’t get her way and my husband wouldn’t pay for food we never received and he wasn’t waiting for food to be made to be stuffed in to go containers. I never seen someone act so unprofessional in a restaurant in my life. A few tables during that time got uncomfortable and paid and walked out and told us they were never coming back to this location. I put in a complaint to the bps and I got a response that was word for word protecting her in exactly what she would say to higher up and she wrote me back the email. I could tell it was her. I had to go higher up to put in a proper complaint about this establishment. I have come here many times wearing a lot less for tops as on my days off I often wear long satin skirts and crop tops that have sequins or flower or ruffle effects. Today it was a lot more basic more tube top style. Anyone wanting to see the video of her freaking out on my husband and not allowing us to pay please message me and I will gladly send it to you. Edit as for the Jelleous part. It was not assumed at first until her video clip of what she was saying in front of my children and husband about me. Publicly for the whole time they were in there. This made it clear it was jealousy or severe judgment. Her and her alone.
