We just had a team at this location on the weekend and it went extremely well. We booked a reservation and submitted our orders to the restaurant before our arrival. They were ready for us and started seating us even prior to our 5pm reservation. Our entire group was seated, had drink orders in and started receiving them as food started came out at 5:10. We all ordered off the menu (not just pizza for the group). The staff was very efficient and the food came out hot. We had our food, desserts and individual bills settled quickly and efficiently. We were done even earlier than we expect and had lots of time to get to our next game. I would absolutely recommend this location for team meals. Not impressed at all. Walked in expecting to have a good meal. Went to the lounge side, not busy, 4 tables and 3-4 staff on. Waited a almost 10 minutes for a server and nothing, not even a recognition that i was there. So I go to the bartender and ask for a server and I would like to order and have a drink. She said okay. I sat back down and waited for a while. So I got up and left. Not the kind of customer service I was expecting. Well there wasn't any customer service.

Then at the front one says the order was not right and the 2nd one says it will be a few minute late.

Somewhere along the line boston pizza forgot how to make good pizza, at least the stony plain one did. 20 yrs ago boston used to have the BEST pizza now it's just mediocre at best. Crust is over cooked and topping part undercooked. Cheese is barely melted and it's just not cooked through. Also the manager with the long blonde hair was very rude and unprofessional. She was talking about me to the other staff right in front of me. Lounge has a very low frequency vibe to it. Dark , dingy and not too clean. Very noisy and unpleasant atmosphere listening to the guy at the bar who sounded like a regular flirt endlessly with the girls behind the bar. This place has gone down hill big time. Won't be back.

Got a text from Holly during the afternoon telling me she taking me out for dinner she's craving for pizza. I suggest let's tried BP dine in, was curious about that location.
Parking lot is almost full. We Get inside and been welcome by the hostess that bring us to our table right away. The lounge seems fairly busy same as the dinning area.
Our waitress was LEAIRA, and we receive excellent service from her. After she served our appetizer and pizza she have come around and make regular check on us to make sure everything was on point with our meal and keep our drink refiled.
They also have a nice terrasse with a big screen tv!
All in all for a FIRST VISIT our experience have been great.
Service: 9/10 very accommodating despite bp busy.
Food: 9/10 ( definitely better dine in compare to delivery )

Went out for dinner for the first time in awhile with my partner. Callie as our server, she was so pleasant and sweet, and was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our time. The food was good too. We had a wonderful dinner. If you’re planning on going soon I would definitely recommend asking for Callie as your server

Food was good but I wish they'd reintroduce classics like the ciabatta chicken sandwich. Also why is the pop in the lounge always flat? Makes being the DD challenging when you're paying $4 for soda that tastes like it was kept in the back of your grandma's fridge from 1998
