Place an order and drive-through for spicy Chicken wrap received the wrong one, so took it back in to get the mishap corrected and this is what I received as my food so much sauce it’s not even edible I could use it as a dip.

For over 20yrs ive gone to this location. About 2 months ago hubby and I ordered through the drive through and my blizzard order was incorrect. Really not the end of the world but I hate marshmallows so we drove back. I ordered georia mud fudge. The man working there snapped at me that he knows how to make the blizzard and I'm mistaking. I said ok, then I'd like to return it. He threw it hard towards the trash can and yelled.He then made a new one. Refused to put in the right ingredients or mix it.2 months later I figured he wouldn't still be employed there. But low and behold still there. Still refuses to mix blizzard or put correct ingredients in. Instead of going back to get yelled again I'll do my business in spruce.530pm on Dec 13th. The man working there can't be that great to work with I feel bad for the rest. He refuses to give receipts....now I know why

On this visit to Dairy Queen in Stony Plain, I used my app deal to get myself a regular poutine for $3(originally $5.99). I was happy with my order, the quality, the quantity, and the service I received. I am not sure that I would get a regular poutine at full price, but I was happy with getting one for $3 :)

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED FROM YOUR MONEY!!! Me and my mom had just gotten blizzards there and they didn't put ANY of the ingredients in them. Mom went and complained about it and they said it was just "mixed in really good, it's okay". She got something that was supposed to have chocolate CHUNKS in it and there was barely chocolate crumbs in it. I got the new Reeses PB cup pie and there's maybe 3 chunks of the reeses cup and barely any of the graham to say there was any in it. For 15 dollars for these, we both expected to have what was advertised and NOT vanilla ice cream with basically what just appears to be flavoring. We even observed one of the girls take the proper spoonfuls of the ingredients but then POUR HALF BACKIN THE STORAGE CONTAINER. They never offered ANY compensation or something, just completely blew us off. WASTE OF MONEY!!! NEVER GOING BACK!! And if anyone else was smart, they wouldn't go to this location either!!
