Spent over an hour in store waiting for my order! After 40 minutes of waiting was told they just ran out of chicken and it would be another 25 minutes! So when I finally get my chicken and half the order was wrong! Obvious terrible management!

Waiting for over 50 mins in the drive through! 10 mins max he said the wait was, I parked for nearly an hour. Ridiculous. Get more staff. And still didn’t get my food. Asked for a refund and he said sorry I lost your receipt we didn’t make your food. Unreal will never give this place my business. Saw multiple people back out of the drive thru they were taking so long. Fast food. Not wait in a parking lot for an hour. Do better.

The food is hit and miss at this location . Some times it’s good sometimes bad… Today food was “ok”. Today the place had a sewage smell. Not sure whats going on. Any one who wants a dipping sauce be ready to pay .58 cents each on top of your meal. On the plus side Ketchup is still free even if you don’t need it or ask for it.

I asked for all dark meat in a large bucket. Received 2 pieces and the rest were white when I called to complain. And I quote we ran out of dark. Most were over cooked. The gravy was disgusting. It taste like it was stored overnight was not fresh. They never even asked if I wanted to return it and get a new bucket. I’ll never go back there again.

Walked into the restaurant on Friday October 24 around 130 pm. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes to place my order, nobody greeted or acknowledged me as I could see staff. So I just left, worst customer service EVER!!!!

I ordered food last night around 6 pm never got my food for over 1 hour plus been told they already served me but then said they gave my food to someone else not happy with these kind of people that don't listen
I asked for plum sauce, it was on the reciept, i went home with a family meal and i had no dip for any of the popcorn chicken or tenders. I called and they just passed the phone around to each other claiming to be a supervisor and just wanted to argue. Not reccomended

Backed out of the drive-through to go into the restaurant yesterday because it was taking so long. Restaurant was nearly empty but it appeared only three staff were working- two adults and a younger person who appeared in training.
Got my order, went home and ate it. It tasted fine at the time, but 5 hours later was puking my guts out. Will not be going to this establishment again.

Placed an online order. Arrived 10minutes after the order was placed and waited over 25 minutes. It wasn’t even busy. Staff looked like they didn’t know what was going on and another person who was in the drive thru came in and asked where their food was as they have been waiting outside for 15min. One customer walked out as no one was helping him. Not sure what was going on because usually this location has been really good.
