If I could give zero stars I would. I just had a horrible experience. I ordered a quarter pounder and cheese meal with a chocolate shake. I did not receive the shake at the window since they claimed they needed more time but I received the food and drove up to the front. 20 minutes goes by seeing cars going through the drive thru and I see a worker come out twice giving people their food and ignoring me. I was fed up and hungry since I wasn’t planning on eating my meal in the car so I went inside I explained the situation and how I hadn’t received the shake and I didn’t get an apology or a coupon or nothing. They didn’t care about their mistake. The shake had condensation on the cup (was sitting for a while). I felt that it was very distasteful since I’d spent well over 30 minutes waiting on them through the entire process. When I got home to finally eat the food I was very disappointed and displeased when I realized the burger bun had been ripped completely and they just left it, the fries were old and had been reheated several times and were at the point of not being edible and were so hard. I always go to mcdonald’s when I am having a rough time and they failed to help me honestly made my day worse. Thanks.

Hubby ordered on the app and he was outside in parking lot, ordered Big Mac with bacon and quarter pounder meal , no bacon both burgers and fries were cold definitely will not be back and I will be letting all my family and friends not to be going there.

Multiple times in the last few months I've placed an order at this location and I've not received it or been refunded despite the fact I'm standing in the store with the receipt. The staff at the store are all over the place and unwilling to help. I've complained repeatedly about placing orders and not receiving them. They refuse to provide the order and then refuse to refund it. Absolute scam.
