I was there i ringed they saw me but still ignored . Everyone was talking to each other and on their phones as they are not their for work but just having party over there . Finally after a long wait they helped me. My food was cold and and the patties in the burger was hard as rock. I talked to their employee about i am waiting since a long time their manger came and she started misbehaving and said do whatever you want to do. As i am a sales associate i know how to go with the problem solving approach. They literally need to change manager first of all and then change the staff who understand that customer is the first periority always. Disgusting . Never going to suggest anyone. I am hoping this location to be closed if they don’t make changes in their attitudes.

I was there and waiting for my doordash order. Order was ready. i ringed 4 times and nobody gave attention. Some of them saw me but yet chose to ignore. Everyone was having chats with each other and on their phones. Finally after a long wait they helped me and when talk about the situation that i am waiting since a long time manger started misbehaving and said do whatever you want to do.also the food get cold. I heard many rumours about this location but today i experience and i can say that its the worst location and staff literally need to learn customer service and how to be polite with a customer. And specially they need to change the manger as manger should be the problem solver not creator

It's a typical McDonald's, good service and usual food. But the bathroom here only has hand dryer, no tissues to be found. Just toilet paper from the one toilet.

On Friday night, we were four drivers, yet a employee name manpreet behaved in a biased and unprofessional manner. The employee did not greet drivers properly and failed to confirm order number, and not handing food properly This unfair treatment is unacceptable and management should address it immediately to ensure equal and respectful treatment for drivers.

Good service and friendly staff. However, we were given a Quarter Pounder meal with an uncooked patty. We don’t usually make a fuss about small things like missing straws or napkins, etc., but serving raw meat is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time either, it’s the second time it has happened.
We called to complain, and they gave us a refund voucher, but honestly, it’s disappointing and quite disgusting. Never again.
