Sometimes the food and service are good, then other times like today there was an egg shell in my meal. And last week when my McMuffin was burnt, lol. Not sure what they got going on over there during the night for this type of stuff to be a weekly occurrence.

Ordered on door dash and the app wouldn’t allow me to order decaf as part of a meal. I called as I placed the order and they said the would make sure it’s decaf. When the order arrived they even made sure to mark my cup decaf! I just really appreciate it! Wish I had the girls name!

Usually have super low expectations when it comes to any McDs but this place takes it to new level. Got sent out of the drive through to wait for my order. Waited a solid ten minutes. Got home to find that I was given 2 medium fries instead of large and they were barely half full. On top of that, it screwed me out of my monopoly pieces which could cost me prizes and money. Got to the burgers and they were shockingly cold and stale…like made 2 days ago stale. What a joke this place is.
New renovations seem a little tight in areas that were not before. Ordered curbside pick up. Watched 3 groups walk in after we ordered. Waited 20 minutes and watched all 3 groups come out with the orders within 10. When I got the meals asked for a book and my daughter was very upset she got the toy instead.

I purchased the crispy chicken wrap with bacon, what a disappointment. After taking it home and opening it up the Tortilla shell wasn’t wrapped properly and hadn’t even been heated, just cold as ice. Furthermore, there was no taste with very little content. Totally disgusting. On top of that, it was nine dollars, are you kidding me? Smarten up McDonald’s Prices go up and the quality goes down 👎🏻

Had the firecracker burger and it was the worst burger ever. No sauce and had a box of lettuce and onions after eating. Took forever to get thru line up in drive thru. Double double coffee was sweet as hell. Some of my fries were still frozen Worst lunch ever. Seems to be what I find at McDonald's Everytime I go there now Would not recommend anyone to go to McDonald's ever again and to go anywhere else for food or drinks
