Perks Coffee House

My husband and I live in the area and always looking for alternatives to big box restaurants. Perks is a worthy choice, yet the last two time we ordered sandwiches the bread was not fresh. It put a damper on our eating experience.

Sandwiches are great, soups are great, snacks are great, and drinks are great. It’s a decently priced little stop-in or drive-thru for any day. I have to appreciate the Grace of tolerating the sometimes large groups that come in here. My only small criticism is that it would be nice to have more of the comfy seating on the front face as opposed to the one small couch area tucked around the corner. Recommend 👍🏼

Our family recently moved to Stony Plain. We live close to Perks, and enjoyed the beverages. We have found the hours are not fantastic and always seem to be trying to drop in just before opening or after closing. When going in 2 weeks ago, we made it 5 min before closing. My wife ordered 2 drinks and was promptly replied to by the barista “it’s 5 minutes to closing, I’m not making coffee” . We didn’t even engage, just turned around and walked out. We were throughly disappointed with this experience. We want to support local, but this attitude just drives customers back to chains….. We have not been back since, and likely won’t until there is a major adjustment in customer service.

It is one of my favorite places to go for coffee and support a family owned business. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to meet their friends for coffee.

When someone orders a beverage and you ask what size weather or not its got some sort of topping the beverages should always be full not missing a quarter of the product thats 6$for a 3\4 sized drink NOT

I enjoyed my latte, service was fast and friendly. I quite enjoyed the espresso flavour quite rich which i loved.

I got a large drip coffee and it left a lot to be desired. I wanted to support a local spot but I think the gas station in the same parking lot is probably better *edit* I have removed an additional star for the condescending reply from the owners, do better

Coffee and Food are always up to standard. Top quality option in the area for coffee and Panini’s. The meat lovers panini is what inspired me to write this. The vanilla bean frappe is also a personal favourite. The shop itself makes me as a customer feel valued as well. Great local experience and would recommend to all of my friends and family

Went in.here for the first time recentlyI was impressed by this cute little place. ESPECIALLY the secluded fireplace sitting area!!! I love anything that seperates me from people when having to go out in public

Come here if you would like to be charged $19.00 for two egg salad sandwiches that could have been made at home ? I also got charged for cheese and didn’t get any on my $19.00 sandwiches .
