Expensive, poor food quality.
Soup was bland and watery, cheeseburger was burnt chard, and tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Service was great, clean washrooms but food was very mediocre.

As it was Thanksgiving weekend, I thought I would treat myself for a turkey dinner. Well, I don’t know about treating myself because the meal was absolutely unacceptable especially Considering the price. I’ve been in the Food industry for 40 years worked all over the world in many kitchens so I know what I’m talking about. I asked when I went in there to order if the turkey was fresh turkey from the oven the waitress said yes it was, well it wasn’t.
It was turkey roast, which comes in a roll. It also was cut as thin as tissue paper, only white dry meat. The stuffing well that’s another story. It was obviously heated up in the microwave because the edges were hard as a rock and dry. The vegetables were overcooked as you could see from the photograph. The Turkey gravy was a cross between beef and turkey. I guess they just use one gravy for all things. The pumpkin pie looked like it was Safeway pumpkin pie with cream on the side, which was canned cream, which when I got home it was just all watery. (Was not next to the warmed turkey roast) the full price with a 20% tip came to $32.69 waitress was great, Bernie
Also to mention this was early around 4.pm and the restaurant was empty which is normal at this time. Yes it wasn’t thanksgiving day, but that’s no excuse. I’ve been here many times before this was the worst, Smarten up Ramada Inn.

one of five worst experiences ever, steak was tuff to cut and almost impossible to chew, definitely sub standard, very, very disappointing, rotten way to end our 55th wedding anniversary, don't know if we will ever go back

The food here is good and it is prepared and served promptly.
The waitress could be a bit more friendly and smile.

My first time going to this restaurant I asked the waitress if the burger was made in house or not. She said in house and very delicious. My experience was far from delicious. The burgers looked and tasted like frozen burgers. I wouldn't recommend eating here, one of the worst burgers I've had in a long time.

*Update* Saying sorry as an owner over googlemaps and not contacting me directly and doing nothing to try and fix this is pathetic. I'll make sure everyone I know stays clear of this place and doesn't waste over $20 for one of the worst burgers I've ever had. It's pretty sad when a fast food burger is way better then a "restaurant"burgers they sell here. I would avoid this place unless you want to spend lots of money on bad food.

Typical hotel restaurant. Service was ok, food was ok. Nice and quiet, no loud music blasting and drowning out table conversations. Had the the hot roast beef sandwich with mash. Tasty but salty.

Great service, good food. Waitress was great - she helped make a baby plate. Only issue was between the restaurant bathroom and the hotel bathroom, there was no change table to change my baby's diaper.
