Sawmill Prime Rib & Steak House

Great dining experience at this location. The service, food, and atmosphere was all fantastic. We are looking forward to the next dinner out at this Sawmill!

Service was a little lacking, to be fair we did show up with a few other tables at the same time and the were slammed. The food was great and we were pleasantly surprised compared to our last experience at an Edmonton location. We will return!

Our service was absolutely horrible, our server was “ not going to say” or just not with it! She came around to check on us one time, never asked if we needed refills, got our bills wrong… wrong person, points not added on correctly. Disappointing!

Always had great service and food here but until I had to cancel 4 hours prior to a 15 person reservation because the 83 yr old birthday boy was sick. Got the guilt trip from George saying the table was ready and had extra staff coming. Was that necessary ?

My experience at the Stony Sawmill was extremely disappointing, from the worst Caesar salad I’ve ever tasted to a lukewarm entree.The twice stuffed potato was very dry. Our server was the highlight of our evening, charming and attentive.

Excellent steaks.

Food was fantastic, unfortunately the staff were not to the quality and speed we're accustom to at the Sawmill. We were a large group of 12 and most of the food was hot, but I think they were understaffed for a Thursday night.
It actually took over an hour just to get our bills not to mention the wait time between courses.
Being a big group we had no choice but to still HAVING to pay the 18% gratuity...very unfair to us as customers and the staff for not having the support.

I guess that I am biased ,as I have been to the sawmill locations many times over the years ,and it always has been top shelf, food ,service ,,and atmosphere, I can't do anything but highly recommend The sawmill in any location

Service was great, food was fantastic! We were excited to find out that the sawmill was still there after finding some had closed. We will definitely be back! ( Bonus: was able to buy some of the steak sauce which seems to have disappeared from stores!!)
