Tipping nightmare. we tipped our waitress $45 there were 6 of us and she rolled her eyes at us and said were you not happy with my service. she was so rude to us about it not being enough.
The service was incredibly slow to even get our orders taken it took over 40 mins.
Once food was ordered it did not take long and the food was phenomenal, everything we ordered was so delicious.
I was just there on Saturday for a birthday party of 12. The service was so slow. It took at least 15 min to get our first drink ordered and another 10 min after that to take a food order. Our glasses were all empty for quite a while before anyone came to offer another drink. When the food finally came, almost 2 hours after we arrived, most of the food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting under a warming light for some time. And it wasn't that busy! This place is great! Atmosphere is chill. The staff, especially Mikki… very smart, personable and outgoing. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is very good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
