Saturday September 28th, 2024 at round 7-7:45pm my friend and I went to this Starbucks, I checked to see if they were open and the hours said that they were open until 9pm. We eventually pulled up to the drive- thru window after waiting serval minutes at the order window with no response. When we pulled up the window we watched 2 different staff members ( blonde girl and a brunette ) look at us multiple times and then would go and hide in the back, ignoring us completely. If they were closed, that’s fine, but at least they should have told us that they were closed instead of hiding in the back like children. Hire staff who actually know about customer service, the two that were working Saturday night the 28th have no clue how customer service works. How sad for them.

Pretty terrible when their sign at the door says they are open till 9pm, and showing up 10min before closing their doors are locked, lights are off, and drive thru is closed. Employees are still all there though, just hanging out at the front waiting to leave AT 9 (I would assume at least).

This is by far the BEST Starbucks!! I always have a fabulous experience when I go and the staff ( Baristas, Managers, and Owner) and MAGNIFICENT!! You couldn't ask for a better place to go, get some coffee, snacks and relax!! No matter where I move, I will always make a trip back to this Starbucks when I'm in tow ☺️
Shawna was extremely rude!!! The way she was yelling towards her co-worker today in front everyone this morning! After that out lash, I politely asked for a stopper and an extra cup because she over filled my coffee cup which was leaking from the lid, and she responded with attitude and didn't bother to assist me. The sweet girl who she was yelling at assisted me afterwards. Thank you Asia

It’s always a bit unsettling when the camera is used in the drive through. The image always seems to pop up suddenly in the middle of ordering. Otherwise some of the staff are great though! But still only 1 star because of the camera.

This is my favourite Starbucks. The staff are so lovely and my order is always correct. I literally go out of my way to go to this Starbucks in particular because I know that the service and my order will be fantastic.
