Place was filthy, staff especially the gentleman working there were absolutely horrible customer service and my sandwich which was turkey was actually sour tasting when I got which is 5 min away! Man did I get sick!!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you like puking 1 hour after eating it! They should be shut down!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Saw an advertisement for a free footlong cookie with a footlong sub purchase for today only. Went in to inquire and was not greeted friendly at all. I was advised i needed to purchase online for the offer, didnt see this part posted anywhere. The man behind the counter was rushed and rude asking me questions about my order, I felt like I was an inconvenience to both him and the younger girl working. Would definitely not return to this location. There is a proper way to adress a customer, especially given I wasnt making a scene I simply inquired about the offer.

My favourite subway in the Spruce/Stony area. They take their time and make well put together sandwiches that don’t fall apart on your first bite. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly plus the atmosphere is bright and clean.
Parking: Lots of parking options and wonderful handicap spaces

To be honest as subway locations go, of which there are MANY this is one of the better ones I've ever been too. A little more spacious and larger inside than most, which is nice for when it's busier. It's always been very clean and well kept.The employees of course, are always to few people working for what I'd call a steadier busy location, and they 3nd up juggling and multi tasksing a bit too much which isn't their fault, and their very efficient given the work load they have most timesThe portions and Toppings they put on are generous enough that this is the only one where I've never had to tell them to keep adding more of anything. The bread is always fresh and not crusty. ALSO, it's one of the few locations where not once have they ever been "out" pf anything, including soups and cookies. The saff here are always on top of their game for television work load they got

We have been here a few times, today was a day I'd probably never return. Go in at 11 a.m and the vegetables are all beyond use. The ones that looked okay tasted old and rotten. We got kids meals and the banner on the wall says comes with a gogo and bottled water. They offered a cookie over the gogo then when I asked about the water it was "not included" they would only give a juice box or gogo unless I paid extra. Not sure why it's advertised if it's not what you offer. Extremely disappointed.

The employees here are extremely rude. You can tell they are miserable. The woman her name starts with an M, I think, practically yelled the soups at me when I asked. Food was good but hold the rudeness next time.
