Was just trying to get a tea and the drive through was backed up for over 5 minutes with cars lining up on the road and the counter staff inside where no faster but there was no line, with 8 people working at the time i still couldn’t get a tea order placed because the counter staff kept disappearing. I ran out of time to wait on them and had to leave after 15 minutes. This is and always has been one of the worst tim hortons in canada

This is one of the best Tim Hortons locations in Stony Plain. The manager is very kind and professional, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their commitment to excellent service truly makes a positive difference during every visit.
Not being able to serve farmers wraps after 4Pm is dumb. At this point just after 9pm close.

Not a fan since being bought by Burger King as a whole but this location is fairly quick and more balanced when it come to in store vs drive through. The people lined up for drive-thru are absolutely ridiculous and block the entrance way because they are incapable of walking in the door. It is almost always much quicker going inside and the staff are friendly.
I cannot justify their costs when I can make the same items at home for a sliver of the price. Costs have gone way up for consumers but not the stores imo. That is not unique to Tim's but definitely a reason I do not go out as often.
Strongly recommend going in versus drive-thru.

I've been here several times. Activated my promotions only to get to the windows to have it declined. Asked staff to fix it and they can't. In the mean time a line up is forming so it's just not worth the fight. I've been overcharged many times because of this. Tried to contact Tim Hortons support and that works as well as the promotions. Nonexistent. It's made to be difficult on purpose. Tim Hortons, you've got nothing on McDonalds in all categories. I now will never return to Tim Hortons because the whole structure of the company is very poor and they're unable and unwilling to correct simple problems. I've dealt with McDonald's support and it's easy to access with stellar results. I've read the reviews. You want people to fill out a form to get a few dollars back. No person to talk to just total disconnect with some garbage form. That's exactly what I'm talking about. You're wasting people's time with that garbage. I don't care how much money Tim Hortons make, they're substandard. You wont steal anymore of my money.
