My wife and I avoid this location but the last two days we had to drive right past it. Yesterday I ordered a double stacked belt on a 12 grain bagel and instead got a breakfast sandwich. So today I paid attention and made them correct the same mistake as It came up on the screen and I did get my belt however the sausage crissont that they gave us when we got home instead of sausage had a fried egg and scrambled eggs and nothing else. My blueberry muffin was also missing, every time we go to this Tim Hortons they just get the order wrong, every single time. We will no longer go there from now on if we're headed in that direction we will hit the MacDonald's instead.

Honestly been my go to Tim’s since I was a kid, and it’s gone to absolute shit. Unfortunately I’ll never be back. I had my order messed up the past two times in a row, got home both times and had to go back to correct it. Everytime I order a bagel I have to PAY FOR EXTRA cream cheese because they barely put any on, basically forcing you to pay for extra and they still can’t get your order right to put on the NORMAL amount you pay extra for. The staff at the window is very rude, I’ve only seen her the past couple months but she is always snarky, has an attitude and is just plain rude. Totally puts down any type of optimism I have in the morning. It’s a damn shame it’s gone to shit.
