This is normally my go to Tim Hortons and the staff are pretty friendly and some have gotten to know me by name. Saying all of that, I find alot of my orders recently have been incorrect. For example: On Sunday I ordered and paid for a plain bagel with extra cream cheese and never got the extra cream cheese.

I really like the staff at this time Hortons and almost every time I used to come here, my order has been correct but recently i will pay for an iced drink and it doesn’t get filled up. Kind of a waste of my money. The whole thing is filled with ice and probably 4 sips of liquid. They fill it to the top line on the cup but that is definitely not the fill line. I’m guessing this is a management penny saving method. And this one was actually under the top line.

My favourite stop before and after work. Excellent service by all the amazing staff that work at this location. Alex,Karen,Jedida,Ardel,Jack,Jeylyn to name a few. My tea is always consistently made right 6 days a week.
Monday 20th October approximately 6:45pm. This is my local Tim’s Hortons and rarely does my order change, tonight as I was in the drive through the person taking my order started laughing at my request of a steaped tea with one milk one sugar. I had to repeat this 3 times as she continued laughing, even questioning if this is what I wanted. One other employee had to take over the order. As I approached the window one employee told the person laughing to stop as I was pulling up to the window. My first language is English and don’t see what was so funny or difficult to understand what I was ordering.

THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST! Every time I visit, it doesn't matter if it is in the morning or the evening, they are so friendly and full of smiles. By far, hands down, the best Timmies in town! I asked them their names so they can all get credit for being awesome!
