We really enjoyed our experience at 28 Kitchen & Restaurant! The menu is unique and full of flavor — the bacon chicharron and the Hawaiian burger were standout choices. So I treated myself to steak and eggs, I was pleased with the plate that was put in front of me. The steak was cooked to perfection with the right amount salt and pepper. It was also tender. The eggs were a bit overcooked, but what the heck I was satisfied. I’m not very fussy when I’m hungry. Oh! I’ve got to mention how comfortable the seats are.
