I was into Wendy's this evening , waiting at the counter with 2 other customers , we were not greeted by the staff or told they would be with us shortly , 3 workers walked by the counter still not acknowledging that we were there. After 10 - 15 mins I flagged down a worker to ask if they had anyone working the counter , he said we are busy getting a skip order ready . To me that's not a good enough reason to ignore your customers . Terrible customer service Wendys, you need to do better .

We decided to stop for Wendy's on our way home. They were a little busier than normal so our order took a bit longer to be ready. We were fine with this cause we could see how busy they were. However, the manager (?) or supervisor gave us 2 free Frosty's for the wait. Such a kind an unexpected gesture! Thank you!! We appreciated it.

Woman working behind the counter is insanely rude. "Interrupted" her conversation with her friend, and she treated my son and I like trash for the rest of the time we were here.
