I waited in the drive through for my food for 10 min the gentleman at the window was pleasant enough but when I got my food the chicken strips were not even warm they were so hard but yet I sat at window for 10 min I called and he said he didn't realize they were cold I won't be returning to that wendys

I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to this time. The gentleman working at the cashier (around 5 this evening) went above and beyond. While I was there, I saw him help a couple of customers who were struggling with their cash—he patiently supported them through counting it. Later, when they had trouble with the pop machine, he noticed right away and stepped in to help again. His kindness and awareness made a real difference.

I frequent this location for breakfast in the mornings. Most times it is very good. Today was horrible. The order taker asked three separate times for us to repeat our order and still give us the wrong order. Egg BLT croissant does not mean only bacon, it means lettuce and tomato. The receipt clearly says BLT. I can understand getting it wrong if we only said our order once but she asked multiple times at the speaker and at the window to clarify. Staff need to listen better, we will be checking our bags when we order and if this continues we will stop going to this location.

Ordered 2 apple chicken pecan salads through skip. Only got dressing for 1 and no pecans. Really disappointed will order from Spruce next time.

Don’t order on the ap for pickup! I did and when my husband went to pick up they said they didn’t have the order and they made us pay again and call the 800 number to deal with it. I paid twice for food! They just didn’t care and they did nothing to help, even when shown the receipt which shows order, payment and date/time. Customer service has really gone downhill at this location!

I went through the drive thru for supper and had not been for any fast food in months as the quality of the food seems to have dropped off. I ordered the Dave’s single combo and 2 kids meals and the man taking my order was patient and very helpful. I was very surprised by the freshness of the lettuce and tomatoes. It is unfortunate that when you get good fresh fast food it seems not the norm so I thought I would leave a review and thank them.

Best Wendy’s ever and it’s because of its staff. They constantly go above and beyond with their customer service, even to ensure a frosty survives a 45 minute drive. We love coming here.

The evening staff there seems to have issues speaking or reading English. They meseed up. 3 out of 4 of my meals. They all.where to busy joking around to do there job properly. Its not hard to remember cheese and bacon. Or thank you hav e a great night after handing the food out.

Horrible food! Slapped together chicken breast thin small no taste bun falling apart. Chili fries slopped with enough cheese to drown a cat. Tasteless mess! Waste of money!

I have been to this Wendy's many times, and on this visit, I thought I'd give the Breakfast Baconator a try, as I had a digital offer for $4. It was good and worth the $4, but I don't think that I would pay full price. The time before, I ordered the Baconator, that I got for $6 with my digital offer, and although I appreciated the size of it, it would have been nice to have something similar to the picture, and have one with more bacon in it. For this particular location, anyhow. Thanks for the friendly service. I will be back.
