Bought 4 subs there today. Asked the guy making subs why the lettuce is brown and he told me it was fresh. Lettuce is not brown when it’s fresh. I asked for new lettuce and he said it was cut this morning. Very disappointing. Not that fast service, will be thinking hard about going there again as the vegetables are not fresh. Every MR Sub I go to have very fresh vegetables. The lettuce is also shredded way better at other Mr Sub locations way better. Her there are big chunks...
Subs are great, only thing is the lady that works in there. She’s just trying her darndest, but she needs more help. The day I was in there there was people in front of me only two, but by the time I left, there was four behind us and she’s here by yourself. Don’t be so cheap higher, some more staff.
First time trying Mr Sub. Stopped here 30 minutes before close with my 3 kids and 3 adults. The poor women working was so busy! She was so kind and patient the whole time with us and our kids. (We all understand how kids order food sometimes and how long that can take). She didn't complain once and kept a smile on her face the whole time, even when it was so close to closing and there was a line up of people behind us.
