Edo Japan provides fast service and the food is good. The rolls are made of fresh ingredients, with vegetables that have lots of crunch, and they are generous with their toppings. The service is very quick, with orders often ready promptly. Customer service is excellent, very kind and helpful, with staff providing personalized service even when the place is busy. However, there are consistent issues with the food being undercooked and barely warmed up for takeout. There are also problems with condiments and sauces not arriving with the meals. The store can be a little hard to access from certain directions.
