Staff are always friendly and drinks are delicious
Waited 10mins for a latte, drive thru seemed to be much more important that counter service. HOT drink no sleeve, one outta 6 staff smiled no one said hello and they practically whispered ur name so everyone has to huddle up front to get drinks.
I also purchased a vacuum tumbler and had asked the staff of it was included in the 50% off. 'I DUNNO' was the response and they made no effort to help me otherwise.

Starbucks Coffee Company in Strathmore is a place for hot or cold beverages. It is described as a nice little Starbucks, a beautiful new place, and a great location for a chat or to relax in comfortable chairs. The atmosphere is amazing. The team consistently delivers a fantastic experience with very friendly service. Many reviews highlight excellent interactions, noting staff were really nice, patient, and good. The drive-thru experience is called the best in many years, with friendly order-taking and small, joyful touches like cute artwork on cups that start the day off perfectly.
Specific drinks receive high praise. The strawberry cream frap is perfect for strawberry lovers, with a nice light pink color, the right amount of strawberry flavor, and a nicely mixed texture. The mocha frap is also mentioned. The location is acknowledged for having the best latte in Strathmore. However, some note that prices have gone up and can be hard to swallow compared to other coffee spots, affecting the overall value.
The new location has gone up in the service ranks and the staff, while sometimes newer, are good. The store is wheelchair accessible with easy curbs and wide doors. Despite a parking lot under construction, it was not hard to access the store.
