“Came in this morning, once it was my turn (waited maybe 30 seconds) I was greeted warmly by the lady at the counter, ordered my bagel and drink and left. I'm not sure why all of the negative reviews, but the place was running like clockwork for me and everyone was doing their part to move orders through quickly.

I imagine evenings and weekends in the summer are crazy being this is the only Tims in Sylvan, so if you go during peak times, maybe it's slower due to how many people come through. It's also a single drive through window with no parking spots reserved for larger/food orders. So if someone orders a lot of things at the window, that will delay everyone in line. That's not a staff issue, that's a building planning issue.“
