Tim Hortons Reviews
I came into storefront on the 17th of August at around 9:40 ish in the morning, it was awesome!! The ladies working in the storefront were delightful, so friendly! Denise and Kim I think? The coffee was great and the food was too!
What's with all the foreign temporary workers? There are so many true locals looking for work but you are giving them to FTWs? Why are you putting Canadians second? Edit: I see they have changed their ways. Went in there today and it is full of local workers. Thumbs up.
Great place to come! Always so fast and friendly here!

Tim Hortons restaurant consistently offers decent food preparation and pricing. The staff, including friendly team members, are always nice and ready to have a laugh with customers. The coffee is always fresh, even just before closing, and service is particularly friendly in the morning. However, there have been reports of long wait times, especially in the evening when the location seems to be understaffed. Customers have mentioned that it can take up to 40 minutes to get through the line during busy hours, which leads to frustration. While mornings typically see a stacked line of staff ensuring quick service with minimal errors, the evening staff often struggle to keep up with the load of customers. This has resulted in some staff feeling overwhelmed. Parking is ample, making it easy for customers to visit, and the location is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Most favorite items, like chicken noodle soup, are usually available. Internal issues and the cleanliness of the washroom could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Despite these challenges, this location stands out as one of the better Tim Hortons in Western Canada, especially if visited during quieter times.
