I love A&W, especially The Teen Burger. Usually when we come to the Taber restaurant, it is very clean and tidy. This time it wasn't. Every open table was dirty from a previous customer. When we eventually got someone to clean and wipe down the table, the person proceeded to wipe the table and push the garbage and left over food to the ground.The one thing I noticed was there is a girl that usually is working there (she has been there a long time) and she wasn't there that day. She always brings a smile to my face with her cheerful attitude. Hopefully she will be there the next time I come there

Your average A&W. Wait time can take up to 4 mins in drive thru.Update: wow theyve gone downhill! While the burgers taste more "real" than other fast food, theyve reduced themselves to ONE singular piece of bacon in a teen burger. And it wasnt even a big piece.

Worst customer service ever! I was eating with my friends and the attendant came and said that “I am just gonna warn you that you have ten minutes left or I am gonna kick you guys out after that”. Then my friend nicely said to her that instead of saying these words, you can just say that we are closing in ten minutes. On this instead of apologizing for this behaviour she just stared at us and said good night.

In drive thru Asked for cheese to be added to my order and they said yes but didn't do it. Went back in and they said oh we didn't charge you and made us go back out to the vehicle to get our wallet pay for the cheese instead of charging us the first time. They could have just given us the cheese for our trouble. The didn't even apologize terrible service. And no napkins or ketchup
Real root beer, best onion rings ever and the hamburger was just right. Friendly staff and a clean environment.

I always love the food from A&w but at this location food wasn’t warm, I ordered chicken burger, was all cold patty looks like gum or plastic, service wasn’t good either. Needs to improve customer service as well as food should be fresh and warm.
