We thought we would try out the lunch buffet. It wasn't good at all. It was dried out and cold and had no flavour. Not much of a selection to even pick from to fill a plate. The owner didn't even come to see how everything was. NEVER GOING

Quite pricey for the quantity you get (the only reason for knocking off one star), but also the best Chinese food my husband and I have ever tried. The things that are supposed to be crisp were fresh and crispy instead of soggy and greasy like many places serve, and the ginger beef may be first I’ve had in at least 20 years that was nice and tender instead of so tough you can’t bite through half of it. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in for lunch. Food and service was excellent. Owner was very welcoming. All three of us really enjoyed our dishes, and have put this place on our list to come back to. Worth checking them out!

Ordered two dishes off the a la carte menu. Beef and vegetables was very good. Chicken curry was slightly less so. Vegetables were very fresh.Service was friendly and timely.

The food was good, had the buffet. I liked the chicken balls, brocolii beef, the rice, and the noodles. The buffet options were limited but had good options! As for the customer service they just opened up so they're still figuring things out so I think that with time they're customer service should improve. If it does I will reevaluate my rating.

We decided to try Bamboo house for dinner today. We were very disappointed in the whole meal. So Won Ton soup was tasteless, beef broccoli, the beef was bland and broccoli was good. The Ginger beef was aweful to eat and chicken fried rice was also. My wife had chicken ball which were good. Again beef broccoli, the beef was bland and broccoli was good. The rice was tasteless even after adding salt and soya sauce. We will not be back and will continue to support the other Chinese restaurants.

The wife and I had take out yesterday and to be honest taste wasn’t the problem, the problem was the ginger chicken, dry ribs were extremely tough to chew to the point I finally threw it away. My wife had sesame chicken and both her and my chicken had absolutely no sauce. Rice and noodles were good, but the rest tough and Death Valley dry.

I offer these observations from my single experience. I'm sure things will improve as they iron out the kinks in their processes.1. The phone line was not working. I went down to the restaurant and placed my order. While I was there, and after I mentioned the phone, they fixed it and had me call to make sure it was working. (Later on, it was not working again.)2. We knew what we wamted to order because we looked at their menu online. Unfortunately, there is a misprint on their menus in the restaurant and item H is skipped (missing) from their list. We only know this because we got an A instead of an H, and when I couldn't connect over the phone (see end of #1, above), I looked at the printed menu I had brought home, compared it to the online menu, and saw the error in the printed version of the menu. I think the chef saw a scrawled H and thought it was an A.3. The food was only mediocre. The "dry" ribs were very greasy and the rice/noodle items lacked a real flavor. We didn't order any sweet/sour or pineapple/lemon itens, so there was'nt any sauces to drizzle over our food. Those sauces may have improved the rice and noodle dishes.Like I said earlier, I'm sure things will improve over time.

They have only been open a week, so staff are getting use to their job. But are happy and want to do a good job. The decor is simple but pleasant. The food is tasty, and placed on plates appealing. Buffet option coming in about a week. We don't eat out often, for many reasons, but we will be dining here, often. The dinner combo's have numerous options, which is uncommon for around here.
