The fries were ice cold. They made new ones , but my then my meal is ruined. We said if they would take off my meal and they said they would. The bill came and they didn't ,we asked again and they took off a whole 2.00 dollar for the fries. We will not be back.

Ordered Royal Hawaiian-when it came-N pineapple.hardly any meat. phoned to complain and they said they’d made a mistake and said they had made a new one and I could pick it up 😳😣which I said no They delivered the new one-pineapple was dried up and dough was terrible- I couldn’t even eat it all- Definitely not like we experienced at other BP’s

I've never been so disappointed with your appetizers. Last night I ordered double order of wings and the pizza bread. It was delivered a bit early but delivery person couldn't find my house so called me which is fine because my block is really dark. I paid brought my food inside only to find out my side of ranch spilled everywhere, pizza bread was cold and hard I couldn't even eat it and wings were barely warm. Very disappointed because bps is my favourite here in town especially for wings

Well I'm sorry to say .... This location of all the locations I have been to Now rates the poorest. As a frequent customer of B.P. from Squamish to Ottawa ....totalling at least 24 locations now.. Yes I keep track..... the one In Winnipeg was just bumped up from last to second last it was not that hot ...but your lack of sauce and 3.80 extra cheese .25 cent try ... has now made you # 1 looser in Canada ... Let's try and redeem yourself. Fyi how about keeping the washrooms a little cleaner also the smell of urine is not exceptable . Last but not least my wife says more sauce on her Glutine royal Hawaiian pizza stop cutting corners
Boston Pizza is a favorite because the food is consistent and you always know what to expect. Service at this location was good as the place wasn’t too busy when we went.

The food was good but the high prices are making it difficult to visit BP as often as we'd like to. High prices are not just a BP issue but BP has more ability to control menu prices than you or I do. I can only protest with my wallet and only order the cheapest menu options or not eat out as often.
