I need to get on up here about one of your front-people. Travis was cool as hell. My order was taking quite a while to be done, but the way he handled it was awesome. Give this dude some recognition. Travis rocked it 100%. Y'all were super busy when I went in and his customer service absolutely rocked. I saw him deal with other customers while I was waiting and he maintained great energy. Seriously, the owners need to give this dude some props. Thanks Travis!

I just got home from having dinner at Boston pizza Taber and I am so disappointed by my experience at this location. This particular restaurant does have a reputation for being a little slow and we went in knowing we would probably wait a while for our food. We sat down at our table at about 5pm and didn’t even place our order until 5:25. After we had ordered and finished our meal we didn’t get our bill until 6:30pm. Our drink sat empty for forty minutes and we seriously considered just getting up and leaving. The server (Mamun) told us that he was sorry for the slow service and that “this time of day is always so busy”. If you know it’s that busy there should be competent staff on shift to handle that service.
My personal opinion is that the kitchen staff are on their game and doing their best (the food when we did get it was delicious and we enjoyed what we ate) but the service staff need some serious help. There was a table next to us who hadn’t even ordered their food until just before we left. Guys. Come on now. Having worked in the service industry and first hand dealt with many a busy dinner service, you really need to streamline your approach to a busy service.
I would not recommend this location. I will not darken the door here EVER again.

Great service at this location. Grandkids prefer this location too. The menu has changed and not many gluten free items anymore. But they are willing to accommodate me as much as possible

Our server was Ravi and he was AMAZING, he was so kind and took such special care of us. I have been to many BPs around Canada, as well as this one many times and today's visit was the best I've ever had by far! Ravi may be the best Waiter I've ever had at any restaurant, thank you!

Rudest service I’ve experienced in a long time, wait 15mins for then to come take our drink order about 1/4 way thru the table she yells one minute while cutting me off as I was half way thru my order and then runs off.

Our waiter Mamun was quick and very friendly and so patient with our big crowd. We were super impressed and the food was delicious. He made this experience amazing, easy, and pleasurable even with our toddler. Over all this was the BEST experience i have ever had at a Boston pizza.

Worst Boston Pizza I've ever been too. I've tried to give them a few chances but I leave disappointed every time. The service in the lounge is abysmal. You're lucky if someone shows up to brings menus in the first 30 minutes of sitting down. When someone finally does show up they are rude and make you feel uncomfortable. The food (when you get it) is 9 times out of 10 terrible. We tried the dining room side once, it took 25 minutes to be seated with a half empty restaurant, another 20 minutes to get drinks, another 20 minutes for them to take our food order and when the food finally showed up we were told they didn't have the soup we ordered that they recommended, the fries were so greasy and wet they were inedible, everyone else complained about food being cold or stale... Just sad. It's not worth your time or money to eat here. I won't be coming back ever again.
