Went to kfc for supper because you expect a bit more of a premium chicken then other fast food because of the price, got a zinger sandwich and the chicken was paper thin and almost chipped a tooth because of how hard it was

I ordered chicken tenders from KFC today, and I was really disappointed with what I received. tenders didn’t look fresh or appetizing at all. The coating was uneven, and the chicken itself seemed dry. For the price, I was expecting better quality and consistency. KFC usually has good food, but this time it felt below standard.

So I have been here 3 times 8n 5he last 2 weeks and not once have they had chicken ready. The first two times was at lunch time and there was a 20 minute wait. Tonight was first a 20 minute then it was another 15 minute wait because they only had dark meat. Did they do anything for the long wait? Nope all I got was sorry for the wait. Then people wonder why Canadian businesses fail.

Traveling needed a quick dinner option. Did not disappoint.
As soon as you walk in,you feel like you are an inconvenience for them,the guy didn't even know if they have kids meal. the only option he said they have is pop corn chiken. He was gonna charge more for a small drink for the kids if I wanted soda instead of apple juice. While the kids were eating order online a combo,just to get a call couple mins after that I had to wait 20 Min, the store was empty,asked for a refund,he said they had to put it in for main office to send me the refund, still waiting for the refund. Good thing it was only 6 dollars.
Save your money and time and just go to macdonals in taber.

Friday 3.pm worst experience. I believe they forgot the meaning of drive thru. If I have to wait for 15 minutes what is the point. And got late from work. Annoying. Do not go there if u are in a hurry. No doubt the food is good (KFC) but unresponsive staff
