I ordered chicken tenders from KFC today, and I was really disappointed with what I received. tenders didn’t look fresh or appetizing at all. The coating was uneven, and the chicken itself seemed dry. For the price, I was expecting better quality and consistency. KFC usually has good food, but this time it felt below standard.

So I have been here 3 times 8n 5he last 2 weeks and not once have they had chicken ready. The first two times was at lunch time and there was a 20 minute wait. Tonight was first a 20 minute then it was another 15 minute wait because they only had dark meat. Did they do anything for the long wait? Nope all I got was sorry for the wait. Then people wonder why Canadian businesses fail.

As soon as you walk in,you feel like you are an inconvenience for them,the guy didn't even know if they have kids meal. the only option he said they have is pop corn chiken. He was gonna charge more for a small drink for the kids if I wanted soda instead of apple juice. While the kids were eating order online a combo,just to get a call couple mins after that I had to wait 20 Min, the store was empty,asked for a refund,he said they had to put it in for main office to send me the refund, still waiting for the refund. Good thing it was only 6 dollars.
Save your money and time and just go to macdonals in taber.

Friday 3.pm worst experience. I believe they forgot the meaning of drive thru. If I have to wait for 15 minutes what is the point. And got late from work. Annoying. Do not go there if u are in a hurry. No doubt the food is good (KFC) but unresponsive staff

Had an amazing drive through person, I had a crap day and she was super perky and made a long day just a little nicer.
Very friendly, quick service. The food was delicious and as advertised. Very nicely decorated for fast food venue.

Food was alright we did door dash for delivery and the order was missing some of the order I then talked to door dash he told me to talk to KFC I did that ..he said he dose not know and has not heard of door dash before. Lol then he told me to wait a min .he then came back on and then started to blame the door dash guy .for his stupidity 🙄. And not packing the order right saying they are responsible for the orders they take out will never order from this place again I have 6 kids I feed and when you can't get a simple 150 dollar meal right it puts me in a bind with my schedule of feeding my kids. and for the staff I delt with there tonight lol what a joke good job KFC. At least the door dash guy was good about it all

My basic only problem is this restaurant use to have triple the seating in their old building. So around lunch it fills their maybe 10 tables quick. For that reason we don't go too often unless it's slow

The chicken was all greasy , fries and onion rings were so salty to the point my kids can even eat it. My 1 year old end up throwing up all the food.
The manager who was there, totally ignore the situation as we returned the food. Food we weren’t able to eat. As the chicken was not even well cooked.
Horrible experience. I would not recommend , I rather go to McDonalds. Horrible service ! Save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed. $40 for 2-2piece combo and 1 gravy. Small pieces of chicken and dried out fries.Pop machine wouldn’t shut off, told staff, but they were too busy on there phones to do anything about it.
