For what ever reason if you use a coupon at this location you only get dark meat, its happened to me twice. As soon as they find out you are using a coupon the service goes out the window and regardless of the size of the bucket its legs and backs, no white meat at all

Guys... This is the longest drive thru wait in history. I feel like I'm being pranked.I got here sometime around 1pm. It's 1:18 now. I have ordered. I am not sure if if have enough gas or calories in my body to make it out alive.If I die in this line. Please tell my story.In all seriousness. Way too long of a wait in the drive thru. I get it, been a drive thru guy before. Sometimes it happens. But this is pretty wild.EDIT: Got zero napkins. Cool.

There was about 3-4 employees and 1 upper management..this is now NOT to run a business. Come to the big city and see how a proper KFC is run. Update

I'm currently sitting in the parking lot at 540pm on a Saturday night waiting 14 minutes for them to cook more chicken. This is the second time in a row this has happened. Honestly, this is the worst and slowest kfc I have ever been to. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Great food but why the wooden spoons it changes the taste and makes it taste like your eating a tree the straws was to far but this is just crazy

41.00 for a snack for 2. Chicken so overcooked it wasn't edible. Tenders and nuggets so small, I'd be embarrassed to serve that to anyone.
It took 30 minutes to get our food which was just one meal while we watched their staff just stand around and do nothing. Then after that we left just to find out they didn’t give us any of the dipping sauces we asked for and the pop we got had no syrup and was just carbonated water. Would have turned around but we had places to be and couldn’t wait another thirty minutes just to get it fixed.

Asked for the twister meal to be spiced up - was served plain and the gravy on the order was left out of the bag (paid for but did not receive) the rest of the order seemed to be correct as there were no complaints
