Did not order after 15 minutes in the car line because the person taking the order could not speak English and could not get the order right. We were not the only ones in the line that did not order.

It's a McDonald's. Really nice inside. The parking lot is terrible. The drive through lines up though the parking lot and exiting the parking lot is going against the drive through direction. Park in the South lot to make sure you can get out. First Pay window is at at a 45 degree anglew. Lots of scrapes here. Severe blind spot when exiting the drive through. Mornings are nice and quiet inside. Able to visit and have conversations. And the coffee is hot and fresh.

Better to get drive through than go in-store. At least then you will not wait 5 min seeing your food go cold because staff is to occupied filling the drive through orders.

I have honestly never been greeted by a more rude man in my life. On top of him cutting me off 6! Times. My order was 1 hamburger. Not a meal, no additional anything. A quater pounder no cheese and no pickles. And they got it wrong.
Why are my fries always " HALF " full. I order a large all the time and there never full. Do people need to be retrained on how fill the container. It has been the worst in this last year. WHY ?????? I'm just fed up this. Why should i come to mcdonalds when they cost more anyway. ???? Surprisingly my burgers have been correct. Thanks.

Very odd experience because most of our order was off. - we ordered 3 chicken McMuffins, we got two egg McMuffins and one chicken McMuffin - I ordered a sausage and egg Mc griddle, got a sausage and egg McMuffin - ordered two burritos both were still cold almost frozen - I did not order meals, but they up charged to meals - they charged me normal small coffee price instead of the one dollar deal. Not a big deal but just overall experience was off.

Something has changed at this location in the recent months. I used to never have problems here, but I have not been satisfied with my orders now since probably April. It’s all small mistakes—forgetting extra sauces or pickles typically. The problem is that a) I am being charged for these small items and never receiving them (this adds up quickly) and b) that this happens literally every single time I come through. As the only place open when I finish my own job, I come here 2-3 times a week and am consistently disappointed every single time. This was never a prominent issue for me in the past but I am currently eating some very sad chicken burgers because the extra sauce and pickles I specifically requested were completely ignored. I genuinely try to be understanding because I know fast food is hard and mistakes will happen but come ON, reading the order on the screen before you hand it out is a basic expectation.
