Ordered a one burger with 2 patties, with cheese, fries and a drink, and a few ketchup packs. Mix up ordering, cashier thought I ordered 6 burgers! Ended up with 2 patties NO cheese, NO BUN!!! Fries were cold. Should have checked before leaving!

Stopped there today, waited 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Asked for 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup and mayo, received my burgers with ketchup and mustard, did not recieve my fries with meal. Burgers, and coffee were cold.

My husband and I went for supper. I had a nugget meal and he had a chicken burger meal. They made the nuggets and burger then waited for fries. Our main food was cold and our fries were so salty they were inedible.
It's a nice little McDonald's. Friendly prompt staff with clean washrooms.

I am giving this 2 starts and here's why. Stopped for lunch on a contiuning holiday. Ordered at the kiosk, which was fine. It was taking a fair amount of time for our food to come, we could see it was ready, but the young lady was new at this job. This wasn't the problem. I can never condone a manager giving a dressing down to a employee in front of customers. It does not make the situation better. This manager should have to retrain as a manager. It is not professional. The food was usual macdonalds food. So it was fine.
