I ordered $75 worth of food through DoorDash. The order was wrong. Nothing crazy, just missed the pineapple on the Hawaiian. Not a big deal. Until they made it one. $75 worth of food and you can’t replace the pineapple on my freaking pizza? Wouldn’t even just add the pineapple. Made me call DoorDash and said it wasn’t their problem. It’s freaking pineapple. Just fix it. Seriously. They try harder to fight with you then meet your needs. The manager is useless. This wasn’t the first time, and the first time I ordered from them directly. My $75 will be going elsewhere from now on. I suggest you do the same. They don’t care about their customers. And if you choose to order from here, just hope nothing goes wrong, because it will stay wrong, because they can’t be bothered.

Placed an order online for delivery and paid ahead of time. We waited over an hour and nothing so we attempted calling the store and it took multiple calls to get somebody to answer the phone. Turns out they made our pizza but misread that it was for delivery (I don't know how especially given we already paid for delivery) so the pizza was sitting around the store. Nearly another hour later someone finally delivered our pizza but it was old and ice cold. We phoned back and asked about a refund or free pizza next time for our troubles and were told to ask a manager. We went to the store in-person 3 times and on all occasions, there was "no manager on shift" absolutely ridiculous!!

WORST customer service I’ve experienced. And not sanitary at all. I called them and they didn’t even say hello… the first thing they said was visa or debit. I walked in and a worker in the back of wasn’t wearing socks or shoes??♀️

I called but they didn’t pick up. So I drove over and watched them not pick up the phone for about 20 minutes before going in and placing my order. Garbage customer service.
Ordered Carry out went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. So we got it delivered about 30 mins after we should’ve been able to pick it up. Showed up with our pizza but forgot our wings so he had to go back and get the wings come back which took another 30 mins and brings the wrong kind of wings I ordered traditional and he brought bites. Very disappointed in the service.
