they are in desperate need of a skilled repair man doors are literally falling off or hanging by their last screw everywhere in this hotel. maintenance is not a priority here

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds. My only complaint is the hours of the lounge closing too early. I was there for Cornstock and the bands were staying at the hotel as well. They were disappointed the lounge closed early as well. Stay open longer and you can make good money.

I will never be coming back. I ordered sawmill gravy eggs Benedict. When I got it there was just meat and no gravy, like no gravy at all it was awful. My sons pancakes were like cardboard and you couldn't even cut the the brisket on the brisket Benedict.

I’ll start with saying WOW to the Heritage Inn in Taber We had a reception there last night The meal was amazing and sooo tasty The staff so good They went above and beyond to please everyone The table were set beautifully and nice white tablecloths and red cloth napkins
This is the third party we’ve had there the first 2012 and 2022 and now 2024
Each one was great but last night was the icing on the cake A very special thanks to all the staff the cook servers and to Vicky she said it would be great and she didn’t let us down
So nice to be able to stay and support our own town
And a big thanks to you all who made this such a memorable occasion

They charged me twice for my room, and I have been fighting for the last 15 Days to get my money back. I have left four or more messages for the manager And they will not even call me back. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The burger was hot and fresh and tasty! Highly recommend. And they are open later than other restaurants.

Food quality is very low. Advertised roast beef as brisket. Too tough to chew. Shredded hashbrowns were very greasy. Too pricy for bad food.
I had the waitress specifically ask the cook if the the fish batter would be safe for my pepper allergy, and was told there's only a bit of cayenne, which would have been fine... strange, but fine. I get my plate, the food is black with pepper, so I couldn't even eat it. Definitely going for chinese food next time we visit Taber.

Went for the Sunday buffet food was HORRIBLE, only had about 4 options; Pancakes were RAW dripping batter, mashed potatoes were liquid and flavourless, strawberry’s were old and mushy! We both left feeling sick.
