Not sure if they are changing their recipies, or if it was a mix up, but the past couple times I've ordered I was a bit disappointed. I'd ordered the spicy chicken udon and the broth was different from what it usually was, and lacked spice where it used to make my eyes water a bit; and this time I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen-- my go to when I am feeling unwell-- and am fairly sure I got the shoyu instead. The tonkatsu ramen has a very light colored, opaque and creamy pork bone broth with a rich, heavy pork flavor; this time I recieved a very dark, very clear broth with a light chicken/soy sauce flavor. Both times when I called they insisted there was no mix-up on their end and that I got the correct food; but I have ordered both items many times and am very familiar with how they taste (or at least how they used to taste..)If it was a change in recipie that's fine; it would just be nice if I was told as such or the mix up was acknowledged. Wasn't expecting them to drive back ans replace the order, or give any sort of discount next time; I love the food there as well as the staff, they are always very kind and polite and work very hard; I just wanted them to be aware so the mix-up wouldn't happen again. It still tasted very nice, it just wasn't what I was expecting when I ordered. The first image is what I recieved; the second is a picture of the Tonkatsu ramen posted by another reviewer. You can see the difference in broth color and opacity.

Today they went over and above, brought over chicken fingers and fries from the other restaurant to cook here so our granddaughter could have supper while we had sushi! The service is amazing! Thank you

We've been eating Yume for so many times already since it first came here. The staff/owner is always friendly. I haven't tried all the food but we have our faves! They sell variety of Japanese food and they have new breakfast menu as well.
Today, we noticed their ramen has improved as well which was very delicious! The meat isn't as tender as we like but still good.
The place is always clean and the atmosphere is cozy!

Great little place. I visited on New Years Day 2025 and was the only customer in the restaurant during my visit. The lady working there was very nice and friendly and we chatted for a few minutes which was awesome. The restaurant is small, but inside it feels more roomier than it looks from outside.
The sushi was fantastic. I got the California rolls, Kamikaze rolls, and the Black Dragon(?) sushi, each fantastic and delicious. Also had a large Japanese beer which was a nice addition to the meal. Great to have some great sushi places in a region where this kind of cuiside is hard to come by. I will definitely visit again!

Their food is always good, service is fantastic, very celiac friendly. They deliver promptly and cheerfully, but I really enjoy the restaurant itself it's a cozy nice restaurant for dates or family gatherings.

Friendly greeting and sushi ready to go in less than 20 minutes for an online order. Ordered a few sashimi and rolls, fantastic!!! But you MUST order the homemade soy sauce, it’s so incredibly delicious! All very, very good!!!

Wait time for delivery said 45 minutes and I waited 1 and a half hours for my food to get here. Don't give a delivery time if you can't guarantee it or at least call the customer to let them know their food will be late.
