Amazing experience with the old fashioned sliders! Absolutely loved the Maple Whiskey and Maple Whiskey cream. Visited the Farmers market to pick up Limoncello cream but discovered it was sold out! Hope it comes back in stock soon!
Highly recommend, we stopped in and picked up an extra picnic pack of coolers for the camper afterwards. Top notch!
Disappointed they have an outside vendor for food. My choice was not available.

The charcuterie board is a fantastic pairing with the drinks, and the smoked brisket poutine is a local favorite, praised for its outstanding quality. Eau Claire Distillery is a must-visit destination, offering a fantastic blend of technical knowledge, history, and exceptional cuisine. The Speakesy is a unique place, perfect for an indoor/outdoor setting, and the bartenders receive high praise. The manager is cheerful and happy to share the history of the distillery, buildings, and products. The food is beyond amazing, with the brisket sandwich and chicken sandwich being highlights.
