Absolutely phenomenal, we've loved the distillery products for years and my mom recently won tour tickets. It's not an event I would have thought to book but everyone in our group absolutely loved it! They had an excellent blend of technical knowledge as well as history, topped off by an amazing tasting in the gorgeous speak easy.
We ended up having lunch from the onsite food truck after the tour and it was by far one of the best burgers I've had in my life. Would definitely do the 40 min commute back to Turner valley for that amazing burger. All in all a fantastic day out with the surprise addition of a new favorite restaurant! I cannot recommend this highly enough
Went here and had Josh as a server. Perfect service and delicious drinks. I live in Calgary but will definitely be coming back. He did inform us that the kitchen was closed and there was only a charcuterie board available, but that's exactly what we came in for! The charcuterie was a fantastic pairing with the drinks. We tried the whiskey and Ceasar flight (tip, squeeze the lime into the stampede rye, makes it better in our opinion), an espresso martini (which is seasonal and sooo creamy!) and a full size three point vodka (our favorite Ceasar from the flight). 10/10!!
My friend and I are there 2 to 3 times a week and we cannot get enough of their smoked brisket poutine. We are both from quebec and both agree that this is by far the best poutine in the entire west country. Their local beer also pair very well with it.
The Eau Claire Experience Tour is fantastic! We'd been to the Distillery before, but it has expanded a great deal in recent years, and the tour truly exceeded our expectations. Jennifer is a superb, knowledgeable tour guide, the sampling was exceptional and....no spoilers, just book a tour for the rest of the surprises!
Capped our morning off with a visit to the well stocked gift shop, followed by the most amazing smash burger lunch we've ever had. Service was incredible too. Overall a wonderful way to spend a Saturday!
One of the employees here, Ethan recommended this place, great food and the atmosphere was amazing!!!
It was our first time at the Speak Easy.
Wonderful atmosphere
Had the brisket poutine ? looking forward to going again.
Poor service for a great product? Our group of 9 stopped in for a beverage and food after Millarville Market on a Saturday afternoon. Took 15 minutes to get seated at half empty outdoor seating area. Single wait staff said we had to order drinks and food back inside at bar, not from waitstaff?? Drinks were their canned beverage cocktails and food was 4 baskets of fries. 15 minutes for drinks and 30 minutes for just fires, which we had to pick up ourselves at bar and from an outside food window? CRAZY! Why tip or enjoy if serving ourselves?? Why is a place this popular GOING DOWNHILL THIS FAST. it’s summer, the high season and no service?Horrible!
The food was good, but it was very loud and a bit more expensive than expectes
We came for our first time a couple weeks ago in the afternoon on July 26. Drove from 1 hr away as we are fans of Eau Claire gin!
Sat outside at a picnic table as a party of 7 adults.
The waitress did not welcome us, was rude, did not look us in the eye or speak to us or even smile. Unless we asked her a specific question about a menu item, she would not look at us & we were evidently were a burden to her and she seemed highly annoyed, very short and inconvenienced to serve us.
We enjoyed 4 flights, various shareables and happy hour items.
The cauliflower bites & the brisket poutine were our favourites.
Our party had to send someone inside various times to ask for small plates and napkins and again to order a drink and again to get the bill and another time to go back and have the bill corrected.
We sensed her annoyance with us and did not appreciate that. We asked for one drink to be corrected as it was bitter and we were reprimanded for what we initially ordered. She bought out a replacement which was suitable.
I don't appreciate making the effort support your business and to be treated with annoyance, disdain and being glared at as I walked out of the front door. Unfortunately, we will not be back and not recommend to anyone. This is not the experience we expected.
Popped by for lunch on our way through. The pulled pork sandwich and the soup of the day (brisket orzo) were great. The cocktail flight was a fun way to try a different drinks.

The cutest little gem in this town - great music, amazing food and always the best cocktails!
cute place and town but the food was nothing I would eat again and the cocktail flight although aesthetically pleasing was disappointing. The staff also seemed like they were inconvenienced by us being there. Overall not horrible but definitely would not go again.
It was amazing food!! people were very nice. I loved it!
We stopped in to have lunch on their shady patio and were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Great service and the food was excellent. I had a fantastic Stampede burger with delicious mushrooms added and salad. My wife is a celiac and was treated to one of the best spicy chicken burgers ever along with GF fries which were also dee-lish! Great job Eau Claire Distillery!
Great place to get food and drinks. Very beautiful cocktail menu and the food is absolutely to die for. Staff is beyond amazing and kind and ready to accommodate!
