Their canned dill pickle Caesar is the best I've ever had hands down!
My wife and I had a fantastic time in their dog friendly patio. Delicious food and drinks from this amazing Distillery!
Amazing experience with the old fashioned sliders! Absolutely loved the Maple Whiskey and Maple Whiskey cream. Visited the Farmers market to pick up Limoncello cream but discovered it was sold out! Hope it comes back in stock soon!

The Eau Claire Distillery Speakeasy is a great place with a cool vibe, live music and good whiskey’s and cocktails. The staff are super nice, friendly and excited, and they fixed any mess right away. The burger and fries are the best in Alberta and the food is always amazing. The venue is amazing for event, wedding reception and any event, with flexible setup and easy collaboration. You could have a tasting flight menu with full-sized cocktails for $10 ea, refreshing on a hot July. The atmosphere feel like typical rural Alberta and you feel at home.
