Boston Pizza Reviews
$100 worth of food just to get food poisoning. Nice
I've never been treated so badly or had such horrible service as we had at Vermilion BP last night.
We are there yesterday and have to say it wasn’t a great experience. We were there before it got busy so they can’t use that as an excuse. First up was a wrong drink for our daughter. Also the waitress put all drinks by our 8 year old to pass to the rest of us when she easily could have put the drinks by anyone else at our table to pass down. Bacon on kids ceaser that wasn’t supposed to have bacon, we even asked for it not to have bacon. Bacon added randomly added to one...read full review

Boston Pizza offers great food with excellent service. The staff handles large groups very well, as seen when a hockey team with over 30 people visited, and everything was accurate, hot, and well-organized. The restaurant is a generally good choice for simple food, with a foot square pizza that has an excellent crust and tastes delicious, despite sometimes lacking toppings. The restaurant has been praised for its friendly and efficient service, even on repeat visits without reservations. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a good place to enjoy the game or spend time with friends. Visitors have enjoyed the food, such as the Spicy Perogy Pizza and Thai Chicken Bites, which are full of flavor and served hot. The place is clean, and service tends to be fast and attentive. However, some experiences have been less positive; meals can arrive cold, and certain items like chips may be hard, resembling kettle chips. There have also been issues with dips tasting rotten, though the staff responded kindly by replacing them. The noisy environment can make conversation difficult, with sound bouncing off walls and ceilings, creating a loud atmosphere similar to a packed bus station. This echoing issue seems common in many restaurants and might be due to a lack of sound deadening materials. Overall, Boston Pizza remains a popular spot for casual dining and sports viewing.
