I calmly reached out via there messaging on Facebook and explained what had happened, it was quickly dealt with and very professionally, the next time we were in Nick’s we were given a brand new order of nachos and they were the best we have had in this town. The staff and service has always been great.”

“That was the best kfc experience I had in 20 plus years this vermillion location should be the retraining store for all of western Canada. Amazing the skin tasted good and actually stayed on! I’ve switched to other brands back where I live in Kelowna. If KFC were a like this location I’d switch back fantastic flavor and experience!!!!”

“Food is great but staff are phenomenal! Brought my daughter in after a long day at the fair. She was near heat stroke...staff made sure she had everything she needed to cool down and kept a close eye on her also. So nice to be so well cared for.”

“Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this tim in the area than others. Staff is so kind specially the girl named Pardeep. She greets very nicely and shows hospitality and Also hardworking. Everything is perfect here. Every week I’m visit here.”

“The cashier at the front during the morning rush was just awesome. Smiling, knew the first 2 customers before me, while handling the door dash orders as well. They were short staffed you couldn’t tell but the long line that was there when I went in was gone by the time I came out. Matter of 10 min or so. Breath of fresh air when you have someone like that up at the front who is efficient, professional, pleasant and overall just one of those people you wanna see first thing in the morning. Nowadays, while trying to navigate this new normal where everywhere is short staffed, it’s nice to experience the good in that. Great job!”
