The lady working, Carmalyn, was running the show by herself, from seating people, taking orders, cleaning tables, take out orders, she was doing it all by herself. She deserves a huge shout out for her efficient service and having such a pleasant attitude with everyone. She was under a lot of pressure and running her butt off, but still maintained positive throughout.
