I was there with my boyfriend a couple of months back. We did a pit stop in Llyod and found this little diner. It wasn't busy only us, it was very calming. The food was fantastic, like it definitely reminded me of eating in the Philippines again! After eating all of our food spotless, I immidiatley tipped the cook (If I remember correctly) $5. I wish to come back again, If only it wasn't 6 hours away.. Definitely would come back in the future.
We came from Cold Lake, and we were eating in a different restaurant, where the waitress recommended Rice Craving as a place to find good Filipino food. We went straight there. Had no idea what to get, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly--made us feel good, talking to them. We got three dishes to take home. Even left over, the meal was very tasty. Makes me sad it's a 2 hour drive to go back! Anyone in Lloyd who wants to try Filipino cuisine and has not gone to Rice...read full review

I have been coming here for months now, and every time the service and food are always top notch ? both Jill and GladysAlways greet everyone with big smile and suggestions on the menu. I don't know if they are owners but they sure work like one. Highly recommend everyone to come try the RC grill pork & fish balls ?
