Stopped in on my way home with my family. Waitress was friendly but had us waiting at an empty hostess stand for 10 minutes. Took another 10 minutes for the drink order then another 20 after that to order food. Packed up my meal then went to the bathroom and when I returned the waitress had taken my leftovers then disappeared but left my friends leftovers, very strange.

Had an awesome experience at Boston Pizza Vermilion! Our server, Heather, was fantastic super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious; I had the Spicy Perogy Pizza and Thai Chicken Bites, both full of flavour and served hot. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. Even though it was busy, service was fast and smooth. Big thanks to Heather for making our visit so enjoyable. Definitely a go-to spot in Vermilion!

Just visited this Boston Pizza over the weekend, all the servers were attentive and friendly. Food came out really fast and was all consistently good. Atmosphere was great for the hockey game! Will definitely return for the rest of the playoffs.

But today, specifically, we wanted to mention that the server MAMUN Talukder . was great!! very polite, attentive, smiley, happy person. It is always nice to see people like him. Thanks 😊
