placed an online order and paid for it online, showed up 4 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and they looked at me like i was crazy when i asked for my order… then told me “so it didn’t come up on our screen so we just dropped the chicken and it will be another 15 minutes. you can either wait here or leave and come back” with NO apology or anything at all? didn’t care that they didn’t make my order in time? no regards to the fact their customer is now going to be late? anyways it took 20 minutes for them to get me my order and still no apology on its arrival. wow.

Place my order online so I wouldn't have to wait. Got there to pick it up still had to wait 25 minutes to pick up my order. 10 minutes past the pickup time. Snotty little brat kid in the back said we're just making more fries that was his excuse for everything being late. And somebody places their order online in a small town you make it when they place the order. You don't wait 15-20 minutes while they're standing in the waiting room.

Came two hours before they closed and was greeted with this awesome gentleman named Wyatt! He absolutely made my day! It was dead inside, there was nice AC and the soda machine was cold! The whole place was nice and clean and Wyatt made sure that all of our needs were looked at! I love that guy very friendly!

Ordered a 10 piece meal at 7:30 pm they had nothing cooked had to wait 30 mins. Got the order drove home realized they didn’t put the gravy in (so I thought) drove back got another gravy. This gravy tho was different like way different, the original gravy that I got was basically water, the. The second gravy was just like regular kfc gravy like I have always remember it. So what did they do? With in that 10 mins apart from getting those two gravies they are miles apart in flavour and texture. The chicken as well so greasy (I know kfc is greasy) but this was soggy not crispy at all it was 0/10. Popcorn chicken was ok tho. ( fyi I used to work at this exact kfc here in vermilion and I cooked the best chicken the called me the chicken guy for real) Go to Sammy’s instead for chicken way better! It’s literally next door.
