This should be zero stars. We used the drive thru. We made the mistake of going again eventhough the last time they completely screwed our order up. This time we had to wait and then they forgot straws which I didn't see until we we were gone. They also screwed the order up 🤦♀️. The burger was put in the bag upside down and not even fully in the box. The burger was also the wrong burger and was disgusting. So overall it was awful and the assistant manager is very arrogant. I suggest if you do go there do not use the drive thru.

Was there at 11.30 pm on Wednesday- the guy who took the drive through orders had nonidea what a sundae is and what an ice cream is. On top of that he wanted to give lecture to customers regarding what he doesn’t know- and his tone- I haven’t seen such a rude guy in a while- pathetic service

Ketchup station appeared to have had a minor explosion. We pointed it out to staff and were told they were working on it. Nobody showed any interest in cleaning it up while we were there.

Two days in a row now I’m waiting for 10+ minutes in the drive-through for coffee. This morning only one person was ahead of me and ordered a coffee and muffin and I just ordered coffee and we’re both Stuck in the drive thru. The owners clearly don’t have enough staff on to run the restaurant if you can’t even get your coffee and be in and out in under 10 minutes. I pulled out of the drive this this morning without my coffee and I won’t be going back. I’m going back to Tim’s across the street for now on.

Staff is always friendly but drinks are NEVER FULL!! When you pay for a product you should get the entire product not half, not tree quarters…the whole thing! I hate writing reviews like this but it has happened on multiple occasions now. Hopefully this improves! This was the drink handed to me when it was 3+ dollars.

I usually pick here for a snack stop because most of the time the fries are actually crispy and salty like McDonald's fries should be but I can't return. They fill your drinks for you even if you go in to order and I was slipped Coke Zero instead of regular coke and I get bad headaches from artificial sugars. Definitely no good while driving.
The young girl that took my order could not get my order straight, I ordered hot cakes and sausage, large coffee with 1 milk. Pretty easy I thought but I get my order sat down took the lid off my hotcakes and was surprised to see no sausage, she was cleaning the floor I asked her where the sausage was she looked at me and said oh you wanted sausage. I just said never mind she just kept on cleaning. Talk about customer service.

Wonderful fast food stop. Nice clean washrooms. The staff was warm and welcoming. Service was fast and efficient. Seems like a great place for a children's party or just a stop for dinner and ice cream! The menu is simple to flip through at the kiosk. Lots of positive energy! Will definitely be returning!
