I recently visited the Subway in Vermilion and purchased a chicken teriyaki sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The employee's attitude was uninviting, and the service was disappointing. Not only did he fail to place my sandwich in a bag, but he also didn't provide any napkins, which are typically standard with any order in other Subway branches. While the food itself was fine, the lack of attention to basic customer service made the experience less enjoyable. I hope the staff improves their service in the future.

The one guy is very rude. He is the tall darker guy that works at this location. 1st he was rude when we were unsure on our sub selection and was rushing us when it was dead. He didn’t care in the world that we were customers. He wanted us out of the restaurant. Then I had a promotion code and he mocked me. N was very snarky about how it wasn’t valid with what we got but I wasn’t aware of that. I don’t think he should be treating customers this way. Just because your customer population is college students doesn’t mean u treat us like garbage. I am still paying for your service and I expect the best.

They always make you feel like you are annoying them by ordering food. They ask 3 times what you want and somehow still get it wrong. Toasted my sandwhich after I said not toasted 3 times. Idk why they ask if they aren't gonna listen anyways.

I ordered a foot long sub and asked if I can use the 2$ coupon, but they said it's only ordered on the app. When I got home I realized I can scan it in store. They even charged me for the wrong sub. Very annoying and never going back. Yes you can scan the coupon in store. Here is the picture.

Kinda feels like they are annoyed to have to serve you. I ordered a footlong so I could eat half now and half later. He asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes but only half of it toasted and he looked at me like I was stupid and asked if I ws getting a footlong or 6 inch. I said a footlong but I only want to eat half of it right now. He gave me this exasperated look and let out a little huff before doing it. After that it was the anything else attitude as if I had asked some big thing of him. I thought the whole point of your store is to be able to make our food the way we like it. So, why do so many of your stores employees at various locations get annoyed or upset from someone asking for something different then what other people get or because someone doesn't want your premade choices? Seems a little contradicting.

My experience at Subway, Vermilion was beyond amazing! The sandwiches were not only delicious but also made with care and precision as well as with perfection. The service was lightning fast, and the staff member Kushalbhai assisted me was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was blown away by the quality of food and the exceptional customer service. Subway truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to go back for more tasty sandwiches!??
