I have been trying to get a London fog for the past month. Every time I go employees claim the machine is broken. I would like to know why it is taking so long to get a machine fixed, I get we live in a small town but to run a business you’d think you would wanna satisfy your customers but seems like this company doesn’t give a flying F about their customers. I hope they know their biggest competitor that is right beside them is getting all the business they can’t give. It’s cold. People want warm drinks. But somehow Tim Hortons can’t supply that.

i ordered begal with creamy cheese and other stuff but like everyday the quantity of the chesse like zero. Its happens almost everyday. They should work on their service and provide quality food with the sufficient qulaity as well.

Most of the time if you end up using the washroom. Water doesn't come out of the tap to wash hands.

Drive thru lady didnt even understand what we are ordering then a guy take over and he was too rude and he said hot chocolate is not a coffee it have water in it just for your knowledge, is dont need that knowledge i need my order which they should know how to punch in the system, i never do complains stuff but even its a coffee or a drink the staff should know to punch that in thats not my problem
