Cold food. Very poor service. But yea , it was lunchtime on a Saturday. Understaffed for sure.
Stopped in, I ordered the chicken tacos, the grilled chicken tasted like frozen strips from Walmart. They were dry and had a freeze burn taste. I had 2 bites, 2nd was to confirm the taste. They still charged me.
Last time we ordered pick up and they forgot half our order.
I am not sure if management has changed but the quality and attention to details have gone downhill.
We were in Wainwright for the weekend with our U18 Hockey team, there was 42 of us. We did a pre order for our food and were out of there in an hour!! Huge shout out to the staff that was working on Dec 21, you guys were amazing!!
