The food was exactly what I expected from Edo, but the real shining star was the service. The person who helped us at the till was so amazing, friendly, patient, kind, and personable. I was really impressed, the people I was traveling with were also really impressed. Next time we are on a road trip that direction, we will stop there again.
The food is usually great here, but the service this time was infuriating. I was not listened to and two orders were completely wrong. When I phoned to discuss the issue, I was not listened to, I was talked over and I felt very disrespected. The employee up front stood in front of my order as three of my items were complete and waited until the fourth one was complete to even start dishing out sauce or closing them up. I hope the service and staff attitude improves else I won't...
Not only did the staff bring our food to our table (this is a fast food restaurant ?) but the staff were very accommodating and the washrooms are very inclusive. This is one, if not the best Edo Japan experience I've had.
