I ordered 2 Everything bagels both double toasted and with extra butter, I watched the employee struggle to spread the hard piece of butter on the 2 bottom pieces, he then left it laying there to get different butter, was gone for a few minutes , came back with more unspreadable butter and threw the 2 top pieces on dry. and cold. I specifically ask for extra butter because I get half of a buttered bagel. this is the worst tim Hortons.
