“I was pleasantly surprised at this gem of a restaurant tucked away in the Waterton Glacier Suites. The soft instrumental music played dialed down the day in a quick and relaxing way. Both servers were excellent and discreet. The menu boasts more variety than regular Italian restaurants I have frequented—traditional fare with a twist. I chose the bison lasagna and did not regret it. It was presented beautifully and was a very generous portion. I paired it with a lovely glass of red wine. It was a lovely visit.“
