Awesome experience at the Red Rock Trattoria. It’s one of the best parts of our weekend stay at the Park this year. Love the ambience (and the view), love the food (we’ve got the calamari fritti for apps, it’s too yummy that I forgot to take a photo lol; and chicken parm & seafood fettuccine for mains; I’ll surely order two calamari next time for sure). We stayed at Waterton Glacier Suites and decided to head down to this restaurant on our second night. Cozy atmosphere , Lizzie was great Food was excellent. My wife had the spaghetti and meatballs , Caesar Salad and I had the Wagyu Ravioli which was awesome. Dessert was Tiramisu , which was awesome. Compliments to the chef. Definitely will be back.
Lexie made our whole experience! She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful—it honestly felt like being taken care of by a friend.
Her food recommendations were spot on—everything we had was amazing, including the drinks. Even though it was the off-season, this place exceeded expectations.
