Wow. Food and drinks were fantastic in the 2 times we visited during our 2 day stay at the hotel. We had an Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule, a prohibition cigar 99 drink, and a zero-proof mule for drinks. Chips and dip, Yorkshire pudding, and Banoffee (sticky toffee pudding) for food.
While we've stayed and eaten at the hotel in the past, this year something is remarkably different in a positive way.

Windsor Lounge offers a unique dining experience with fantastic service and a stunning view. The staff is attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond. The food is very good, with delicious dishes like fresh local trout and Alberta beef. The staff is passionate about their job and could not be any kinder, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The meals feel like home-cooked food, and the service is absolutely amazing. The lounge also offers fantastic cocktails and great presentations. While the menu is limited and prices can be high, Windsor Lounge remains a beautiful restaurant with a lot to offer, making it a great choice for those looking for a unique dining experience. The servers are friendly, informative, polite, and offered to take pictures. The food was superb. This experience of afternoon tea is a must for anyone looking for a little pampering and a relaxing afternoon.
