“This place has it all, great fresh food, excellent espresso (I had a really good americano) spacious and relaxing atmosphere with lots of light, quiet enough for good conversation, plenty of tables, super friendly, hard working staff, the baked goods are especially delicious and you should definitely go downstairs to the bakery and pick up a loaf of fresh baked bread. I especially like the sourdough!”

“I have been coming to Ramzi’s for 10 straight years, every time I am working on a project & am just too tired to make supper for myself, I just go through their Drive-Through & order exactly the same thing, a REGULAR DONAIR with sour sauce cut in 2 please. I’ve never even tried anything else, because their DONAIR is perfect, the meat is tender & warm & not dried out, the lettuce & tomatoes are so fresh & I never taste preservatives on them, (like at some other places). And all my life I’ve had an issue with raw onions - I simply don’t eat them, because then I’m tasting them all day, not the fresh onions they use. The DONAIR is so big I have them cut it in half, so I get 2 meals out of it. Anytime I have friends come from anywhere, we go & get a DONAIR at Ramzi’s, and not 1 person in 10 years has ever been disappointed. The staff are wonderful. This establishment is why we need & should support local small businesses. Their’s is the first DONAIR I’ve ever eaten, I mistakenly thought at first, that all DONAIRS are made equal…. They are not, after throwing out other people’s Donairs, I simply stopped even trying , and happily went back to the Ramzi’s drive-through to pick up yet another yummy Donair & that is where I am right now, sitting in my car enjoying the beautiful sunny day, eating my great DONAIR! “As for value for money and comparing it to other pizza joints in town, this place offers the best value by far. Pizza Hut is consistent with fast service, and though I hate to say it for a chain, they make better pizza than anyone else in town.”

“For the first time in years I had a less than favourable experience here. While the long term staff are friendly I got a new person today. While I ordered she was distracted with cutting open a box - I had to ask for my change, didn't get a receipt and the 3 extra bacons that told her I wasn't fussy about packaging on because they were for our puppy for the first time ever were on both my bacon and edgers. I was wondering why the price was a bit higher. Understanding customer satisfaction is more important than opening a box might be a valuable lesson. �”

“At mayerthorpe location, they ask to many questions, does it matter how you are going to pay?? What if we want to use points or I say cash then another person in car hands me thier card?? Stop asking how we are going to pay. And up sell one item.. not 3 or 4.”

“Seems like they have issues with completing an order properly, 1 out of 3 drive-through orders we get is wrong. For example, last time through we ordered a bacon chicken wrap and that is what showed on screen, yet we got chicken nuggets.”
