Course is tougher than you think. A lot of placement shots. Greens the size of dinner plates.

This course is good for new players! Some scenic shots off the tee.
It seems like they're doing some work on the boxes though, white tees were mixed with junior and blue tees alot of the time.

Course staff was nice but the hotdog at the turn was one of the worst I've had.

Greens feel really fast and unpredictable unfortunately.

One of the best improvements this golf course has made is moving the forward tees closer. As a woman golfer, it has completely changed my experience on the course.
The round is more enjoyable, the pace of play feels better, and my scores have improved because I'm able to focus on strategy rather than simply trying to cover distance. Golf is so much more fun when the course is set up to be enjoyable for players of all abilities.
I absolutely love this change and hope more courses follow their lead. It has made a huge difference in my game and my enjoyment of the sport.

Very disappointing. This course was not as expected considering the cost. The fairways are dry and in need of water. I’ve golfed at two other courses in the area this season and they are in much better shape and cost way less. They also charge the same to ride as to walk. Wth? I won’t be back anytime soon.

A very beautiful track . Lots of trees and hills . Some tougher than you think type holes . Excellent staff and the ground crew does a great job keeping it nice ! The food is very good as well .

Only played 3 holes due to very slow play ahead after a large tournament. Got a raincheck.

Always have fun playing there, good or bad

This is one of the better CCT courses in my mind, my playing partner also enjoys playing here. There’s a couple of reason why we like it. One being it’s forgiveness, again it’s a course with just a single row of tree trouble most times where you can punch out from. There’s a couple of water hazards, one being the 10th hole which I would argue is the best hole in the CCT. The other thing we enjoy here is it isn’t as busy as the rest of the courses and the views are actually pretty nice, again understated course in the CCT. They have some nice elevation changes to some holes so it adds a nice challenge. They also pushed the tee boxes up and kind of made an extra one which I can appreciate them doing, not enough courses provide a good enough advantage to the reds. Most often at other places it’s almost like the reds were just not thought about at all and just put at the front giving a 10 yard advantage on a 420 yard par 4, so good on the place for actually putting thought into the red tee box placement and kind of mashing the whites in there as well. Greens were in good shape with nice speeds for putting and great traction for spin, was a very fun day being able to stop chips and spin back on approach shots. Now for the cons of this place. The driving range is short iron/wedge only (think 180 yards max), it’s just not long enough for long irons as you hit into a tee box. Not really their fault but it does kind of suck to not be able to warm up the driver for some people. A good solution is like what the course in Devon does with a box net that you can at least warm up into, a couple of those might satisfy the long iron/driver situation. Also the range is down hill so it isn’t as easy to get your yardages for the day. Next thing on the list is I’d say the beverage cart doesn’t always seem to be operating BUT they let you know with a sign before going out. I’ve got no problem with no beverage cart as long as there’s warning to stock up on water/gatorade etc on hot days. Couple of tee boxes were just sodded so long grass to tee off from. Greens are a little on the small side but for an older course that’s what you’d expect. Fairways are in majority hard pan, no juicy divots here and kind of reminds you more of a field than a fairway but if you’ve played Alberta courses you come to expect it unless it’s a 150 dollar round. Overall this place is sneaky in the top 3 of cct.

Course was great. The Marshall wasn't. We were told no groups of 5. Even if someone was a ride along. We booked 2 tee times back to back. Paid for 5 golfers. one person only wanted to play a few holes to try it. He took our money no problem for 5 golfers. One golfer in our group was a first timer. There was a group of 5 right behind us with same skin color as the Marshall and were NOT being harassed to keep pace. Which we were and we couldn't play any faster as there were was a group of 4 right ahead of us that we were waiting for. Don't recommended this course if skin colors don't match.

One of my favourite tracks. Old trees and long fairways. Lots of new challenges to contend with on the course, every time you head out. I highly recommend the trip to Wetaskiwin!

Tee time was on time. No slow play. Never held up once. Joind a father son and had a great time. Greens were fast and rolled true except a few holes on greens were volcanoes. All putts from different sides rolled away. Fairways were great. Played 18 in 3 hr and 35 min.

One of the nicest and cheapest courses in the area. Greens are in excellent condition.
